The Process is Simple

Our ultimate goal is to make filing your insurance claim a breeze, meeting with the adjuster uneventful, and installing your roof quick and tidy! We have broken our process into four incredibly easy steps that make your roof replacement a walk in the park!

STEP 1

3GEN ROOFING inspects your roof for free to determine if your roof needs to be replaced. Don’t worry – if there are no major issues and your roof still has plenty of life left, we will let you know!

STEP 2

We help walk you through the process of filing a claim with your insurance provider. Sometimes the questions asked, paperwork required, etc. can be slightly daunting. Because we deal with insurance companies day in and day out, we are familiar with the terminology, paper flow, adjusters, etc.

STEP 3

Once your insurance claim is filed, your provider will send out an adjuster to inspect the roof and verify its condition. A member from our team of roofing experts will personally meet the adjuster at your home to discuss all current issues. Having an experienced roofing professional work with the insurance adjuster on your behalf is a crucial component to ensuring your claim is approved!

STEP 4

Once your claim is approved, the real fun begins! One of our installation teams will arrive at your house early in the morning to begin preparing for your roof replacement. We take the utmost care in preparing your surrounding structures, landscaping, etc. to ensure there is no damage and no mess left behind. Usually within one day, depending on the size and complexity of your roof, your entire roof will be replaced and the surrounding area will be cleaned up so that not a single piece of material is left behind.
